We’re excited to announce that North St Ives Scouts is now set up to receive Return and Earn donations! That means every eligible can or bottle you return can help support our programs, activities, and equipment for our Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, and Venturers.

A Huge Thank You to Ku-ring-gai Men’s Shed! North St Ives Scouts would like to give a big shoutout to the Ku-ring-gai Men’s Shed for their fantastic work building a brand-new bench seat for our Scouts, and for repairing another one that was in need of some love.

Every year, Scouts Australia recognises the outstanding contributions of its adult volunteers through the Adult Recognition Awards (ARA). These awards celebrate leaders and committee members who go above and beyond to support our Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, and families. This year, North St Ives Scouts is putting forward nominations for several of our amazing adults – and we’d love your help.

🎉 Congratulations RobO – Silver Koala Award Recipient! We are thrilled to congratulate Robert Owers (affectionately known as RobO) on being awarded the prestigious Silver Koala in the 2025 Scouts Australia Adult Recognition Awards. The Silver Koala is presented to adult members who have shown exceptional and sustained service to Scouting over at least 14 years.

We're thrilled to announce that Cathy Foley (Vice President Scouts Australia and Joey Scouts Leader) and Jin Takamura (Assistant Scout Leader, Venturer Scout Leader, NSI Group Leader) have recently completed their Wood Badge training—demonstrating outstanding commitment to leadership and service within North St Ives Scout Group.
