Cubs

🐾 Kangaroo Cubs (Ages 8–11) at North St Ives

Cub Scouts is the second youth section in Scouts Australia for children aged 8–11. It builds on Joeys and focuses on exploring the outdoors, taking on challenges, and discovering new experiences in a supportive pack environment. Cub Scouts develop leadership, teamwork, and independence—working in patrols and participating in unit councils to help plan activities. They also collect badges and can work toward the section’s peak award, the Grey Wolf Award by completing milestones, Special Interest Areas, and Outdoor Adventure Skills
