๐ถCub Section Adventure CampCuboree is the New South Wales flagship event for Cubs (agesโฏ8-11) taking place approximately every 3 years. ๐๏ธ What’s Cuboree?Cuboree is a 5-day standing camp for Cub Scouts. It brings Cub Packs from all over NSW together for big adventures, heaps of activities, and lots of new friends. It’s designed to be fun, safe, inclusive, and a huge step in confidence and independence for Cubs. ๐ When & Where?Cuboree is typically held at Cataract Scout Park (Cataract Activity Centre), south of Sydney, with the last Cuboree held 29 Sept – 3 Oct 2023. Dates and themes change for each event, but the format stays similar. |
๐ ๏ธ How It WorksCubs camp in Cuboree Units with their Leaders and Adult Helpers. Activities run in sessions across the five days, and each unit looks after its own campsite routine (meals, gear, tidy camp) with support from Leaders. Junior Service Leaders (Scouts) and Venturers/Rovers help run the action. ๐ Why It’s Awesome
